In cases of material damages
- Traffic accident report (Certified copy),
- Report on traffic accident with material damage (signed by the drivers of the vehicles involved in the accident)
- Alcohol report for the insured and affected vehicle drivers (Certified copy),
- Photocopy of the traffic registration certificate (License) of the affected vehicle,
- A photocopy of the driver's license of the person driving the affected vehicle,
- Turkish ID number of the affected person and tax certificate if it is a company,
- Photocopy of the policy,
- Photos of the damaged vehicle,
- Photocopy of the driver's license of the insured vehicle's driver,
- Photocopy of the traffic registration certificate (License) of the insured vehicle,
- A statement on whether compensation has been received from another insurance company,
- Bank account details.

In cases of disability
- Traffic accident report (Certified copy),
- Expert report on responsibility status (if obtained)
- Photocopy of the insured's traffic registration certificate (license) and driver's license,
- MASAK documents of the affected party and proxy (address and signature on the photocopy of identity card)
- Disability report showing disability rate (only a medical panel report in accordance with the regulation dated February 20, 2019 and numbered 30692 will be accepted).
- Epicrisis issued by the hospital,
- Statements, prosecution documents, criminal file if any
- Document showing the affected person's earnings status

In case of death
- Traffic accident report (Certified copy),
- Photocopy of the insured's traffic registration certificate (license) and driver's license,
- Family's civil registry statement,
- Death certificate and autopsy report, if available,
- Certificate of inheritance,
- Burial license,
- Document showing the deceased's earnings status
- Expert report on responsibility status.
- If deemed necessary, the Insurance Company may request supplementary/additional documents.
