Through this insurance, the insured shall be covered subject to the coverage limits specified in the policy, within the framework of the General and Special Terms of Personal Accident Insurance, against the consequences of the accidents she may suffer during the insurance period. The term accident refers to the death, injury, or bodily harm suffered by the insured in contrast to her own will, due to the impact of a sudden and external event.

Coverage
Permanent Disability due to Accident
If an accident covered by this policy causes the insured to become permanently disabled immediately or within two years from the date of the accident, the permanent disability insurance amount shall be paid to the insured in accordance with the rates and conditions specified in Article 8B of the General Terms and Conditions of Personal Accident Insurance following the end of medical treatment and the definitive diagnosis of permanent disability.
Death through Accident
In the event that an accident covered by this policy causes the death of the insured immediately or within one year from the date of the accident, the insurance amount shall be paid to the beneficiaries specified in the policy, or in case no beneficiary was named, to the legal beneficiaries.

Treatment costs Incurred due to an Accident
The insurer shall pay the doctor's fee, medication, radiography, bath, massage, hospital and other treatment expenses (excluding transportation fees) incurred within one year from the day of the accident, up to the amount specified in the policy for this coverage, provided that it is separately stipulated in the policy that the treatment expenses are included in the insurance coverage. Prosthesis and treatment costs incurred as a result of an accident, on natural or artificial fixed teeth, shall be reimbursed up to a maximum of 10% of the insurance figure. Any payments made for treatment costs by the insured's employer or by legally compulsory insurances shall be deducted from the indemnity payable by the insurer. In the event that treatment costs are covered by more than one insurer, these costs shall be shared between the insurers in proportion to their coverage. The insurer shall substitute the insured up to the amount it has paid, with respect to any amounts payable by third parties liable for the treatment expenses covered by the insurer.
Per Diem Coverage
Without prejudice to the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Personal Accident Insurance that do not contradict the special conditions of the policy; if the insured is temporarily unable to work as a result of an accident covered by the policy, a daily compensation figure within the limits stipulated in the policy shall be paid for a maximum period of 200 days from the date the treatment starts until the day the insured recovers and regains the ability to work.If the insured is or subsequently becomes partially able to work, the daily compensation will be halved from that date onwards.
