Commodity Insurances
- Policy (Original copy bearing the Insured's signature),
- Invoice (for all insured goods, original or copy),
- Waybill, bill of lading, CMR, consignment note,
- Cargo report,
- Customs entry and exit declarations (Entry declaration for imports, exit declaration for exports),
- Customs inspection report,
- Customs reserve report (to be provided if the goods are damaged at customs),
- Separate delivery order (Insured goods delivery document. To be issued if some or all of the goods are missing as of the time of unloading from the vehicle),
- Transport contract (Issued if the transportation work is tendered with a contract),
- Letter of protest (drawn to the shipper or the ship's agent within three days in cases of recourse),
- Traffic accident report, photocopy of traffic registration certificate (license), driver's license (if the damage was caused by a traffic accident),
- Bank account details.
If deemed necessary, the Insurance Company may request supplementary/additional documents.

Hull Insurances
- Photocopy of the policy,
- Premium payment receipt,
- Declaration,
- Enterprise traffic registration certificate (License),
- Certificate of seaworthiness,
- Class certificate,
- Deck and machinery journals (regarding the accident),
- Weather report,
- Minimum safety certification for seafarers' equipment,
- Nautical report (It is a report kept by the captain. Alongside the statements by seafarers, this report presents to the court how the accident had occurred),
- Bank account details.

Carried cash and asset insurances
- Report on the incident,
- Documents denoting the amount of cash carries,
- Detailed claim letter,
- Bank account details.
If deemed necessary, the Insurance Company may request supplementary/additional documents.
