- Photocopy of the policy,
- Premium payment receipt,
- Incident report and the statement of the insured,
- Detailed claim letter,
- Progress report (covering the date of damage),
- Survey summary,
- Agreement (between the contractor and the principal),
- Meteorological report (in case of storm damage),
- Certified copy of the fire department report (in case of fire damage),
- Certified copy of the police department report (in case of theft damage),
- Accounting records (invoice, delivery note etc.) for insured assets, in case of theft damage,
- Bank account details.
If deemed necessary, the Insurance Company may request supplementary/additional documents.
